Takasago松喰鶴 純米大吟醸
プン山プンプン
It is another brand of the brewery that produces Jikin.
Compared to Jikin, it may not be as popular, but the difficulty of obtaining it is quite low.
There is almost no aroma and not much sweetness.
The strong acidity, which is typical of a sake yeast yeast, dominates the whole, but it doesn't seem unbalanced throughout.
I heard that it is completely different from Jikin, but I have never had Jikin.
