2023 Year in Review. We had it at "Sake, Sumibi and Roshtan" in Namba.
Nabeshima" Junmai Ginjo Harajuku Nama-shu Shiboritate Nama-shu [Tomikuchiyo Shuzo, Saga].
I think Nabeshima is actually heavy in terms of numbness and thumping alcohol. I thought it was made milder by the sweetness mixed with the dark umami taste peculiar to Nabeshima...but it comes strongly except for the mild mouthfeel. It's a sweet sake, but it's a punchy sake, because the bitterness (different from dryness) comes at the same time as the alcohol taste, or as a sake.
