Keihan Department Store Japanese Sake Festival (15) I have an image of Sekaiichi-Tsumari as a major brewery in Wakayama, but I guess they are not as well known in the south as Kido and Kurogyu... I have not seen them at liquor stores recently, and there were many points of concern, such as the lonely lineup of only three kinds of sake this time. I drank Super-harsh Junmai Sake It is indeed super-harsh at +15, but there is a hint of sweetness, so it's not really very spicy. Junmai Ginjo A little refreshing, but with a hint of sweetness and gorgeousness. It was quite good. Kishu Gojumangoku Honjozo Dry Quite classic, but gentler than super-spicy. I bought a Junmai Ginjo that was nice. I noticed something the other day when I was looking at a post from Minamikata at Sake-no-wa. I'll get to that later...
