The year goes by fast, doesn't it?
Today is my day off from work, so I went to a new supermarket nearby to buy some snacks.
I chose roast beef, gari saba (mackerel), and chutoro (medium fatty tuna).
Today's sake is Hourai for the third time in a row.
Unlike the previous and previous junmai, this is a ginjo with added alcohol.
It does not have a fruity aroma and tastes like a Japanese sake.
When paired with chutoro (medium fatty tuna) or roast beef, it drains off the oil and is a refreshing drink.
It is a delicious food sake.
