Unlike the Junmai I drank a while ago, it has a clean sweetness that spreads to the palate and disappears quickly. The mouthfeel is very good! This goes well with Japanese food too! It's delicious! The good balance that makes you want to repeat drinking it is probably because it is a sake that has been greatly influenced by Jyushiyo.
