Sake activities on business trip to Himeji continue 🍶.
After the second day of the conference, the conference hosted a welcome party-style dinner 🥂.
There was also sake from the Himeji brewery 😋!
Here's what we had first!
Nadagiku Shuzo Kiku no Shizuku Junmai Daiginjo
Beautiful ginjo aroma and fruity sweet aroma.
Beautiful, rich sweetness and flavor!
This is quite my favorite taste 🥰.
It goes perfectly with the saltiness of the prosciutto 👍.
It has a nice sharpness to it, so you can drink it very easily.
I had a second helping of this at the end 😋.
