Delicious. It is fresh and only once hi-ire. It is labeled as "special junmai," but it has a rice polishing ratio of 55%, making it in the ginjo class.
It had a refreshing acidity and sweetness that made me think it was muscat for a moment. I will stock up on some more. It was the first time I drank Gin-Otome sake.
