As you swallow, a strong bitterness pushes up after the sweetness and rises, tightening the whole, and the aftertaste is a pleasant sweetness and rice flavor.
Cold sake is gorgeous, but the bitterness is a bit overpowering, so around room temperature gives a good impression of cohesiveness!
It's a very popular sake indeed.
