I've been drinking a lot of hot sake lately, but tonight it's relatively cold. So it's been a while since I've had an honourable chrysanthemum, Anastasia Green.
Shupon! I opened the bottle with vigor. The aroma is gorgeous from the start, and it is juicy, sweet, and delicious, with the sourness and bitterness of grapefruit and plum to finish it off.
It is low in alcohol and easy to drink, but the sweetness is rather strong, so it is difficult to use it as a food sake. It is better to drink it alone or with strong flavored snacks.
