Tonight I'm enjoying #Kitayasu Okuni Junmai Unfiltered Nama Zake from #Kitayasu Brewery in Omachi City, Nagano Prefecture, served cold or hot.
It has a dried fruit aroma like prunes, and when cold, it has an image of mellow prune-like natural water.
When heated, it has a more complex nutty flavor.
I enjoy sakes that can be drunk at a wide range of temperatures.
