A little gassy
It has a rather gorgeous muscat-like finish.
The fruity aroma like pineapple, the sweetness of rice, and the firm umami spread with a light acidity, and then it finishes with a slight bitterness. The lingering finish is short and surprisingly refreshing for its richness.
It is mellow and full of rice, but the gasiness and mildly bitter acidity bring it all together in a refreshing way.
It goes well with a meal or on its own.
Went well with Thai-style shrimp curry.
It also matched well with the unbelievable codfish.
