Takatsugu
At a liquor store, I found a bottle of sake wrapped in a strange cloth. Upon closer inspection, I noticed a single character, "Saku". With high expectations, I opened the bottle.
It is a junmai ginjo made with 60% polished Yamadanishiki and named after the flint that saved Yamatotakeru's life. We were told that a large glass is recommended, so we sipped it in our favorite relaxed sake cup.
It has a full, clear, and refreshing flavor. The taste is like a beautiful round glass ball. As the temperature drops, the flavor becomes rounder and more rounded, which is also delicious.
A great bottle to drink little by little and enjoy the changes in flavor. Delicious. ‼️
