BunrakuReborn 純米吟醸
りょうすけ
Bunraku is another brand of Kitanishi Shuzo, which brews my favorite Sairai. I chose it because I had never had it before.
The aroma is citrusy and acidic, and at this point, it has a different character from the sweet and delicious Sairai.
The first attack is also acidic, and the light body gives the impression of being quite sharp.
However, it also has umami and sweetness, and is very drinkable.
Although it tastes completely different from Sairai, it is a bottle with a very high degree of perfection.
Personally, I thought it might be similar to Senkou before it went back to Edo. I thought it might be similar to Sentori before it returned to Edo.
