In the mouth, vivid sweet and sourness spreads, with flavors of red berries and sweets. The finish is crisp and clean with a slight unrefined umami taste.
It is a perfect dessert sake. It is quite berry-like. It is a very good dessert sake that lives up to its appearance. However, I would prefer a little more acidity.
