disry
First anniversary of Ikebukuro Seibu's sake dealer Yamada? It's a limited edition sake. It may be rare, since it seems to have hardly been posted on Sake-no-Wawa.
The aroma is fresh banana. Quite crisp. Mochi, shwashwa.
Quite dry. There is almost no sweetness, and the acidity is not too strong and refreshing.
The acidity quickly evaporates, and there is no bitterness, but a pleasant aftertaste.
It is easy to drink, so it goes down smoothly, but I realized halfway through that it is actually a very elegant sake. It looks like something you would find at a high-class sushi restaurant, was the impression of a conveyor belt sushi expert (myself).
