Inspired by a daytime walk and a few drinks, I opened a bottle of this one that had been sitting in the fridge!
I bought it to compare with AKABU's SAKURA, but since the 🌸 season is almost over, I opened it first for now!
The taste immediately after opening the bottle was smooth and easy to drink, like a sports drink! After the citrus fruit aroma, it disappears leaving a pleasant acidity! It retains its Sentori character.
As the temperature rises, the alcohol taste comes out, but it was not the gusty alcohol taste that is typical of the original sake! The label says it is 14 degrees, which makes sense.
I felt this was best drunk at a cherry blossom viewing party!
