This year I would like to finish my drinking with the very famous Kubota Manju. It is a tax return gift from my hometown, but I put it away for about half a year to drink it during the year-end and New Year holidays lol. As soon as I poured it into the sake cup, I could smell the ginjo aroma like green apples. This looks delicious. When you put it in your mouth, you can fully enjoy the unique rice flavor of sake without the harshness of alcohol. And yet, it is easy to drink without any harshness. This is dangerous. I would like to enjoy it slowly with my wife. I will enjoy it with scallop sashimi and New Year's Eve curry soba noodles.
