Naraman純米大吟醸 中垂れ 令和2年酒造年度
28
Ryohei
This is the first bottle of the series to compare Naraman's Nakadare Junmai Daiginjo. This is a comparison of the Nakadare Junmai Daiginjo from the 2049 brewing year and the one aged for one year. The Nakadare Junmai Daiginjo from the Reiwa first year sake brewing year had a sour taste and a banana-like flavor and aroma, as expected from Naraman, and it also had a solid aftertaste typical of Jundais! It was so delicious, and I felt like, "That's Naraman, that's Jundais! It was really delicious. The lingering, thread-like aftertaste is only possible with Jundais, and I love it! I first heard about Yumeshin Shuzo from a liquor store in Osaka, and became a fan. I'm looking forward to the next sake!
