The aroma is weak right after opening the bottle, and the mouthfeel is pleasant and a little thick. Afterwards, there is a bit of bitterness and the umami of rice.
When I drank it 3 days after opening the bottle, it became mellow and the bitterness became lighter. In my opinion, it was easier to drink and more to my liking after leaving the bottle open for a while.
