The young wife wanted something clean and refreshing, so we continued with Tosa Sake. As the young wives tasted more and more sake, it was a good opportunity to try some sake that we normally don't try😅.

Kaygetsu Super Dry Special Junmai Shu 60 Nama Nama Shu.
I had the first sip. It's refreshing, and the freshness of the sake makes it not feel so spicy. It has a mild umami flavor and a light aftertaste.
◉Keigetsu Aikawa Gyu Yamahai Junmai Shu 58 Unfiltered Nama-shu
17% alc. This one is also fresh, with a nutty mid-palate. It also tastes more pale.
I think the brewer said that Kaygetsu is the only Yamahai sake in Kochi.
Kuraketsu CEL 24 Junmai Daiginjo 50
Tasted on the brewer's recommendation. It is a freshly squeezed new sake. Fresh, sweet and refreshing.
My young wife was raving about the super dry taste and how delicious it was, so I asked her which was the best one she had tasted today. I asked her which one was the best one she had today.
Tastes are really difficult.
