We went to Gyoda today. I visited "Sake no Gyoda Honten" because it was a hit in the neighborhood.
I've been to many sake shops, but I've never seen this before. Oh" lineup.
So I started to ask the owner for recommendations, but even here, the conversation before the purchase was lively, lively, lively!
"He said, "I think this lineup is strange myself! (laughs).
(laughs) When I said, "I think there are people who want to visit because we carry sake that they can't buy at other stores," he said happily, "I hope that happens! I hope that happens!
The one he recommended was Hananouka.
It is a wonderful sake with sweetness and umami, but after the third day, the quality of the sake shifts to dry, so if you like sweetness and umami, we recommend drinking it within two days.
Also, I don't know anything about whisky, but they have a bottle of Ichirose Malt, which is said to be hard to find in some places. The owner said, "We usually have it on hand all the time, so people in the neighborhood don't get it at all. Sake lovers and whisky lovers. Please come and visit us! They usually sold more than 10 bottles. The amount was about 3,500 yen.
