This is the fifth bottle delivered in bulk at "Jizake Sato" near Aomori Station. It is a limited edition sake from Sato. It is mild and gentle on the throat, but quite a heavy type, and goes wonderfully with Japanese and Western home cooking. ‼️
I wanted to pair it with this tonight, so I grilled chicken skin on an iron plate. The fat from the chicken skin was used to grill the leeks and potatoes. Only salt and pepper to taste. Ahhh, delicious 😋 It was a very fulfilling time. Thank you very much.
