Rigel
This is Sake Mirai by Sohno-Kangiku, which I have been waiting for soberly since early spring.
The sake rice is probably via Eiko-Fuji?
The aroma is mildly tropical. It also has a berry-like flavor.
The effervescent mouthfeel is refreshingly sweet and accented with a graininess.
When the temperature is raised and the effervescence subsides, it becomes a very sweet sake, and the graininess is integrated with the sweetness, making it a mild mellow sake.
I prefer the latter!
