QAラボ かるあま
アラジン
Comparison of two QA (Kue) sake brewed by Miyake Shuzo (Kasai City, Hyogo Prefecture).
Next up was the test brew "QA Labo Karuama".
The sake was designed to be light and sweet with a well-balanced acidity.
It was sold out immediately at the sake event "Young Dawn 2024 SAITAMA" held at the beginning of April this year.
The aroma is not overpowering, but there is a slight hint of a fragrance in the back of the bottle that is a bit unsettling.
The mouthfeel is gentle and fluffy.
The rounded acidity of the koji and the umami of the rice, which comes through from the faint sweetness that you may or may not feel.
It is very gentle and easy to drink, but I personally preferred the standard sake because I could feel the gasiness and sweet umami.
Both sakes are quite crisp, even though they are both sake in its original state.
I thought this light sake might be more popular among young people these days.
Thank you very much for the sake.
