ちゃそThis is a sake that I drank a while ago.
It is a kame-no-kai no nama-hashiroshi. The specs are junmai ginjo.
I have an image of a classic sake, but this was a completely modern type.
It seems to be positioned as a hiyaoroshi, but it is fresh and feels like drinking a fresh sake.
The sake here is delicious.
I would like to buy it again next year.
