Of the several bottles of tasake I've had, this is my favorite so far. It has a dark, tart texture on the tongue, followed by a gorgeous umami flavor. After concentrated drinking, the aroma, flavor, and umami expanded greatly.
Kojo-nishiki is a local Aomori rice that has been revived by Nishida Sake Brewery. Thanks for making such a delicious sake. This would make a good souvenir to give to the sake-loving factory manager on business trips.

I finished it in two days. It was the most impressive sake of the year. It was the most impressive drink of the year. I paid my respects to him as I drank. I would like to meet him again.
