WOM
This is also a Sendai home-drink. A friend of mine who likes dry sake prepared it for me. This sake is from Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture. It is said to have once dominated the market with a brand of sake called "Joubari" (ordinary sake). It is said to have been reborn as a brewery of special name sake in small quantities from regular sake and honjozo, and this one is not dry or sweet, but rather umami. The banana-like aroma was pleasant!
