なぎすけI bought some mildly sweet hot sake online for the New Year's holiday. First, I warmed it up to 35 degrees Celsius. There was not much aroma, and it smelled like THE sake. In the mouth, there is a lingering taste of alcohol and acidity, followed by a sweet taste. Just as the label says, it is a mellow sake. It even has a sense of maturity. Tonight's side dish is pork and burdock in a Yanagawa style with plenty of sansho sprinkled on top. It is the end of the year, and I feel relieved.
