Second day after opening the bottle.
The carbonated sizzle is gone and it tastes better ❗️ The second day is definitely better. I think the taste is more cohesive and deeper. It's sweet, a little tangy, and doesn't leave an aftertaste. I prefer this to the freshly opened bottle.
We had rainbow trout and grilled ayu fish. It was like Bon Festival 🐟️.
