I bought it at Yonkama Shoten in Ishinomaki. This was the only four-pack left at the Suminoe Sake Brewery. The shopkeeper told me that they had sold out of Aki-agari the day before. It was completely out of my budget, but I had to try. After two weeks in the fridge, I finally opened the bottle. The gentle but good aroma blossomed in my mouth. The balance of sweetness, umami, and refreshing acidity is exquisite. It has a bold flavor that is not typical of daiginjos.
