Honjikomi on the 2nd day πΆ.
On the third day
I came across a Junmai Ginjo ππ.
100% Yamadanishiki πΎ.
Slightly fruity and handsome
Neither sweet nor classic
A calm and soft taste π₯°.

We enjoyed 3 days in Toyama with food, sake and sightseeing π₯° We even got to compare Katsuma and it was a dream come true π Drinking local sake on the road is bliss π.

The view from my room was amazing and I could see the red bridge where the trolley crosses π I went to the onsen β¨οΈ and had a great meal and sake π₯° I would love to visit Akita too β£οΈ
