I haven't had Hakusen in probably 10 years.
I used to drink it all the time.
I don't remember it having such a strong ginjo aroma. It is similar to Kame no Umi, which I have been drinking recently.
Since I often drink junmai class sake these days, this gorgeous aroma gives me a strange sense of nostalgia, and I also feel the passage of time in that my tastes have changed.
Next, I would like to try the standard special junmai, Fisherman's Fire.
