Buy two bottles of TRUE White and TRUE RED and compare them!
The basic specs are the same, with the same rice polishing ratio and 100% Omachi, but the RED is ogurimi, while the WHITE has no ogurimi.
RED tasted similar to WHITE before mixing the ori, but the gasiness was stronger in RED.
After mixing with ori, it quickly changed from a gorgeous sweet flavor to one in which you can enjoy the delicious taste of rice. We enjoyed the complex change in flavor.
It was a delicious, too delicious bottle.
