In the past few years, there has been a movement of new sake breweries relocating and opening in Hokkaido, and this is one of the breweries that has been working hard for a long time and has a lot of my favorite sake.

It's called Dry Junmai made with 100% Ginpu, a good sake rice.
It's not a ginjo, but it's fragrant and refreshingly dry, but the flavor of the sake is properly fruity and easy to drink🎵.
It is a good sake.
I wonder if my palate matches the Toji-san's concept or if he understands my taste⁉️ lol
