Accompanying my family to Echizen-Ono City
There are oshozu (spring water) everywhere in the city. There was also oshozu next to the brewery's store!
We bought a bottle of sake, a limited edition of 100 bottles.
The aroma is gentle, and when you take a sip, the rice flavor and tanginess are amazing! It is just as it was squeezed and has great liveliness!
Aroma like sweet melon
It is delicious, but be careful not to drink too much!
