Very spicy assertion and juicy flavor(s).
It is a raw sake that goes especially well with salty food, and it also goes very well with warmed sake.
The bonito sakataki (dried bonito) went really well with it!
Mr. Ota lives in the Bikan area
The Bikan Historical Quarter is a great place for sake shops, but Mr. Ota's main profession is art, so he was touring the art museums!
I'm a fool, so I can't understand a word of what he says when I look at art!

Hello Shinjo-san 🐦.
Mr. Ota, the oyster tempura looked delicious: ❣️
I was reading your review last night while drinking heated sake. I was really hoping for some sake steal here 😆.

Hello....
Yellow chives, oysters, and mamakari, the mainstay of Okayama, are all here!
I was jealous of the cheap sake thief here, so I looked at it.
But I have to say, sakataki is the best with dry sake warmed up!
