Refreshing with a characteristic apple-like sweet and sour taste.
The acidity is stronger than the sweetness, and there is no astringency.
It had the feel of a cider, but the rice flavor gradually spread in the mouth, making you recognize it as sake.
I would drink it with boiled sausage, salmon sashimi with a light vinegar drizzle and cheese.
I was thinking that a tomato type of sake would definitely go well with it, and soon it was empty. It was delicious.
