The flavour is light. The slightly yellowish color makes you think of a rich flavor, but no, it has a refreshing apple-like taste. It is also sharp and has a good taste. Today, I'm enjoying a nightcap with sashimi of natural horse mackerel from Nagasaki and locally grown bamboo shoots simmered in Wakatake. It's the best combination I've had recently.
