I bought this together with an instrumental Masamune that I drank a while ago. It is from the same brewery, so my expectations were high.
I thought it might be a little rough because of the "nature" in the name and the use of yeast from the "Namikase" (sake brewery), but it was gentle and tasty!
It has a mild flavor that easily fits into your body, yet the umami can be felt, and the sake goes down a treat. It was delicious!
