Soft and aromatic ginjo aroma. Moderate freshness, light but with a strong savory presence.
The aroma is like that of fatty nuts, soybeans or baguette crust.
After a short while after the bottle is uncorked, the earlier presence increases even more, and the sense of body becomes more pronounced.
However, it is not heavy because it also has a soft sweetness, and it is easy to drink, partly because the subtle bitterness brings the whole thing together nicely. Its well-balanced sweet and bitter aftertaste lingers gently.
