Rice Yamadanishiki Yeast: Utsukushima Kohyo yeast Filling: One time fire-quenching Very good balance of sweetness, aroma, and acidity ✨. After the gorgeous aroma, the sake and rice make a strong statement. I'm from my home prefecture and didn't know this 😂. It was delicious 🍶.
