This is my last drink of September. It's hard to post in real time 😹. When I was in Wakayama, I tasted the nigori at the brewery and found the nigori I drank in the summer to be delicious, so I bought it. The name "Chokyu" was given to this sake in order to make it better than "Chokyu". The brewery explained to me that the name "Chokyu" was the result of their pursuit of a quality and taste that would surpass "Chokyu"'s desire to be "a sake that will be loved for a long, long time. When we opened the bottle and drank it without mixing in the oli, it tasted sweet and delicious with a hint of pineapple🍍. When we mixed in the ori, it was a heavy cloudy sake with a slightly rough taste. I wonder if it tasted like this when I drank it at the brewery 😮 but I don't dislike it. On the second day, the sweetness increased and the creamy mouthfeel was delicious.
