The night of the ramen tour.
After eating a tonkatsu (pork cutlet), our stomachs were at their limit.
My wife opened the bottle of egg wine we had bought earlier.
If I were a normal person in such a situation, I would definitely take a drink from her.
I feign composure and take a sip, pushing my stomach to the breaking point.
Custard creamy.
Sweetness is gentle but firm.
A rather firm liquor taste.
This is delicious.
It's good chilled, but definitely good warmed up.
