This is my first sake from Hokkaido!
It has a light mouthfeel, and when you hold it in your mouth, you can feel a slight rice flavor, and it disappears smoothly.
It's like a light powdery snow ❄️ in Hokkaido.
It's a good sake for a meal. If you warm it up, you might see a different face.
