I was offered it out of the blue...and I was grateful to buy it...blech...so expensive! I couldn't help but say "pfft...that's too expensive!
It has the sourness of a traditional sake brewed in a traditional sake brewery.
It's not a clear image now, but you can feel the robust flavor and the pleasant acidity and lingering aftertaste like the original sake 🥹.
Putting the price aside, this might be the best tasting Jikin in the series 🥰.
It's also in the sake competition 🥈.
The waiter told me to bring out the secret collection! I'm always grateful for that ✨
