ちーすけMy friend gave me this sake from Fukushima prefecture as a gift. It was packaged in an uv-cut bag, which was very carefully done. When you open the lid, you can smell the ginjo aroma. In the mouth, there is no tingling sensation, and the mellow flavor of rice and alcohol fills the mouth. It is a sake with a strong flavor. I paired it with a bowl of salmon tataki, and it is very tasty when paired with oily fish. This is irresistible. (Impression of an oily fish lover) People who like dry sake may find it too much, but it is a very tasty sake to drink in a relaxed atmosphere. (It may be similar to drinking brandy or whiskey.)
