At the Sannomiya branch of Asano Sake Brewery. I remember standing in the Umeda main store and drinking a heated Furozumi sake that tasted so good that I wanted to make my own heated sake at this level! I wanted to make my own heated sake at this level! This was my first visit to the Sannomiya branch.
First, the waitress recommended Modern Sentori, which I hadn't had in a while. Kame-no-o.
At the entrance, the aroma was fresh and contoured, with a sharp acidity.
In the mouth, a moderate umami and a moderate sweetness come with a clear and beautiful acidity. The finish is crisp and clean with a refreshing acidity.
The clean acidity is the most distinctive feature of this sake, which makes one want to call it "sake like white wine.
I rarely drink this type of sake these days, but when I tried it again, it was still well made - it was delicious.
