Kuroemon is actually my favorite of the Shinshu local sake.
It said something about the cork blowing out, but all I heard was a little pshhhh.
The aroma is banana. It has a strong flavor and acidity that is unique to Yamahai. I paired it with stir-fried pork and eggplant with miso. I wonder if it would be good heated up?
