A former subordinate of mine has changed jobs and called me to ask for a seat.
I asked him to take me to a restaurant I've been wanting to try.
Here we are at Nishi-Shinjuku!
I was looking at the sake list on the separate menu.
The waiter was walking around with a bottle of sake that wasn't on the list.
I asked him to give it to me at ❗️
I asked him to give it to me and he said it was the last one.
He said it was a little bit small, so he gave me a small discount!
As soon as my ex-subordinate drank it, he said
"This is so good! ❗️"
I know it is!"
And I'm glad I asked for it. ☺️
It's been a long time since I've had a drink.
