さいたにI finally met the sake that my senpai said was delicious. The sweetness comes the moment you put it in your mouth. It is the best sake I have ever had and has no sake smell at all. I think the schwashiness is quite strong. I like it! Ebi-ten (shrimp tempura) as an accompaniment.
